Public lecture, Business in Fashion Industry: How to succeed?
On February 15, an independent consultant in the field of international fashion education, Bernardo Paoli, will deliver a public lecture, Business in Fashion Industry: How to succeed?
The event will part of the open day for the new program at RANEPA School of Design, Management in the Fashion Industry.
Bernardo Paoli is an independent consultant in the field of fashion education, formerly chief executive of one of the oldest and most prestigious European schools of fashion and design, Istituto Marangoni.
Mr. Paoli’s presentation is aimed at answering the following questions: how does the fashion business work in Russia and in the world, and what is the difference? What skills, professions and competencies are particularly in demand in this industry today? What is the difference between doing business in the fashion industry and in other areas? How can one make money in fashion? How can one open their own business?
RANEPA School of Design is opening two new programs under the umbrella title of Management in the Fashion Industry: Fashion Business and Fashion Start-Up. These programs are intended for beginning business leaders, experts of marketing departments, retail managers and anyone else who wishes to work in the fashion industry. The uniqueness of these programs is in offering minimum theory and maximum practice. The participants will work on their own projects on Fashion Start-up and on projects to run a real fashion company for Fashion Business. The programs will start on February 20, 2018.
