Knowledge Day at RANEPA
The Knowledge Day will be held at RANEPA on September 1. This is a long-awaited and promising meeting for all freshmen when they will first get acquainted with each other, with the Academy and its professors.
11.00 a.m. - interactive and announcing program part;
12.00 p.m. - welcome of Mr. Vladimir Mau, RANEPA Rector
12.05 p.m. - welcome of the honored guests - the Academy’s Board of Trustees Members;
12.15 p.m. - performance of the cheer leading team of Senator Student Sports Club;
12.20 p.m. - welcome of Mr. Dmitry Golovin, Chairman, Senator SSC
12.25 p.m. - networking for freshmen from Mr. Amir Sarakov, Head of RANEPA Student Council (ASC);
12.35 p.m. - musical performance;
12.55 p.m. - ASC’s flash mob;
1.05 p.m. - summing up of the photo contest with the #ГоржусьРАНХИГC (Taking Price in RANEPA) hash tag;
1.10 p.m. - completion of the official part of the event;
1.15 p.m. - musical performance and farewell to the event guests;
1.35 p.m. - event completion
During the event, the freshmen will be able to learn many new and exciting things about RANEPA, listen to welcomes of the Rector, the Board of Trustees’ members, representatives of colleges and departments, and the Student Council and Senator SSC. Different activities - photo areas, RANEPA excursion office - will wait for them on the site. The Sports House where air hockey, table football, darts and game device competitions are held is envisaged for the most sportive and active freshmen. RANEPA Knowledge Day will be memorable for freshmen by eloquent and inspiring artists’ performances.
At present, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration is the biggest educational institution in Russia. The Academy’s 60 branches are presented in 8 federal districts of the Russian Federation. 160,000+ students study in the Academy country-wide. To date, the total student headcount exceeds 80,000 in the regions, including over 70,000 students in the bachelor and specialty courses and over 7,000 students in the master courses. Over 3,000 foreign students study in the Academy and its branches.
