Maxim Sharafutdinov's lecture on the basics of persuasion
On July 14 at RANEPA Summer Campus Maxim Sharafutdinov, television presenter of Channel One, delivered a lecture. He shared with the participants his unique many years' experience in communication.
The speaker told the students about gestures and poses which should be avoided when communicating with an interlocutor. Maxim revealed some secrets that TV presenters use not to be nervous or not to show it to the audience. Maxim also touched upon the topic of image and demonstrated what the voice and look of a convincing person should be. The message is as follows: manner is more important than content, you can get the same message across in different ways, using the skills of persuasion.
