Members Chinese Communist Party Central Committee visit RANEPA
On June 6, the Graduate School of Public Administration (GSPA) of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) received a delegation from the organizational department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, as part of their visit to the Russian Federation. The guests were informed about the main areas of the Academy’s work and RANEPA GSPA’s experience in training management personnel for the civil service.
Andrei Vakhidov, Deputy Chief of Presidential Civil Service and Personnel Directorate, opened the meeting. RANEPA Vice-Rector, Director of RANEPA GSPA Alexei Komissarov outlined the purpose of the meeting – to share the Academy's experience in training personnel for the civil service. Alexei Komissarov spoke about the main areas of the Academy's work and focused on the GSPA activities in training civil servants, evaluating management personnel and implementing special projects. One of such strategically important special projects GSPA is involved in is the Leaders of Russia national management competition, the first competition on this scale that enjoys such a wide response.
Alexander Zelentsov, Director of the RANEPA GSPA Center for State and Municipal Service, spoke about the Academy’s main goals in the development of the state civil service in the Russian Federation, including the methodology and consultancy support of participants in interagency information exchange through the Unified Information System for the Management of the Russian State Civil Service Personnel; expertise, methodology and consultancy support in improving the management of the state civil service personnel; and assistance in improving the system of professional development of public servants, increasing their professionalism and competence.
