Effect of Interpersonal Relationships on the Quality of Joint Activities in a Collective
The article describes the results of research by Russian scientists who have studied the communications of interpersonal relationships in groups and effectiveness of the staff. It was revealed a definite connection and interdependence between these phenomena. Than the more collective character the activities of groups has, the more closely related interpersonal relationships and the quality of group activities. Revealed both positive and negative effects of conflict relations on the quality activities of the staff. Special contribution to the study of these peculiarities have made military scientists psychologists.
