Lazutina Larisa: Merited Master of Sports in cross-country skiing, five-time Olympic champion, eleven-time world champion, two-time World Cup winner, Hero of the Russian Federation. 2016 – present – Member of the 6th Moscow Oblast Duma, First Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Oblast Duma. Hero of the Russian Federation. Padalka Gennady: Pilot and cosmonaut of the Russian Federation, Hero of the Russian Federation, holds the world record for the most time spent in space, at 878 days. Graduated from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 2009, majoring in State and Municipal Administration.
Romanenko Roman: Pilot and cosmonaut of the Russian Federation, Hero of the Russian Federation. Graduated from the Vladimir branch of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, majoring in State and Municipal Administration.
Shkaplerov Anton: Test cosmonaut, Hero of the Russian Federation.
