The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) offers 80 degree programs in social sciences, economics and the humanities. These include 21 programs at the bachelor's level and four with a specialist degree.
What Are Undergraduate Programs?
An undergraduate program is the first level of higher education recognized in Russia and abroad and requires four years of full-time study to complete. An undergraduate program incorporates general education as well as broad knowledge in the chosen discipline. Upon completion of studies, the graduate receives a bachelor’s degree, the equivalent of the traditional Russian diploma.
The bachelor’s degree awarded by a Russian state institution of higher learning is recognized throughout Russia and by foreign educational institutions and employers. Graduates of the bachelor’s program can proceed to a master’s degree program and additional post-graduate studies.
In addition to undergraduate and graduate programs aligned with the Bologna Process, RANEPA continues to offer specialist programs based on a five-year course of studies. Upon completing a specialist program, the graduate receives a specialist degree as well as a diploma of higher education.
