What documents are required for check-in in the dormitory?
For check-in and mandatory registration, provide the dormitory administration with the documents:
For nationals of the Russian Federation:

The original and a copy of the identity document. For persons under the age of issuing a passport: the original and a copy of the birth certificate, a copy of the passport of one of the parents (other legal representatives), as well as consent to execute a lease contract, the form of which is available on the Academy website in the “Dormitory” section (only for dormitories).

Health certificate as per form 086/y (only for dormitories).
For foreign nationals, stateless persons and compatriots living abroad:

Original and copy of the ID document, document certifying nationality translated into Russian and duly certified. If a foreign national also has nationality of the Russian Federation, an internal passport of the Russian Federation shall be provided;

The 086/y Health Certificate or a copy of a document issued by the medical facility in the student’s country of residence confirming that the student has no medical contraindications for studying in the Russian Federation (only for dormitories)

Rooms in the dormitory are provided to all foreign nationals, stateless persons as well as compatriots living abroad who enroll within the quota of the Russian Government.
The decision on the distribution of international students between dormitories shall be made by the Department of International Cooperation and Development on the basis of data provided by the Directorate of the Hotel and Housing Stock.
