At the Ho Chi Minh Political Academy an internship program for 30 representatives of the program «Modern Technologies in Public Administration: International Experience» has been launched. The project is being implemented within the framework of a cooperation agreement signed in May this year by Alexey Komissarov, Rector of the Presidential Academy, and Nguyen Xuan Thang, member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Rector of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. Among the main areas of cooperation are professional development of Russian and Vietnamese civil servants, academic exchange of students and teachers, joint research, organization of forums and other events.
