At the invitation of the Central Party School, Alexey Komissarov, Rector of the Presidential Academy, visited partners in Beijing and met with Executive Vice Rector Xie Chuntao.
Following up on the agreement signed in September, the Presidential Academy and the Party School discussed prospects and formats for bilateral cooperation:

Mutual training for civil servants;

Participation in scientific and practical conferences;

Joint internships to exchange best management practices between civil servants of the two countries.
«Expanding cooperation with the Party School allows us to create a sustainable platform for joint educational and research initiatives. I am confident that the combined expertise of our institutions will contribute to strengthening the professional competencies of civil servants and developing a constructive dialogue between our countries», – emphasized Rector Alexey Komissarov.
«It is especially important for us to develop programs focused on real-world management challenges. Collaboration with the Presidential Academy creates conditions for the practical exchange of management experience and the introduction of modern educational formats that will be in demand in China's public administration system», – noted Mr. Xie Chuntao.
The work might begin in 2026 with the participation of the leadership the Central Party School in the First International Congress on Public Administration, which will be held from February 10-13 at the Presidential Academy.
