Acting Director of the National School of Public Administration, Ms. Pindile Mkwanazi, noted that in South Africa, the idea of people centeric governance arose from society's determination to build a state that listens to its citizens and respects their human dignity.

Ms. Pindile Mkwanazi focused on South Africa's experience in providing high-quality public services to various population groups, including people with disabilities and those affected by emergencies.

«The implementation of new approaches to public services and digital transformation principles makes the state more successful. The main challenge is to combine managerial innovations with the corresponding moral goals of the people».
