The Presidential Academy and the People's Security Academy of Vietnam signed an expanded cooperation agreement providing for student and teacher exchanges, language training, as well as joint scientific research in the field of applied informatics, public and municipal administration, law, and international relations.
The cooperation between the two academies began back in 2017. During this time, the higher educational institutions have held a number of joint scientific events. Now the interaction will be expanded, in particular, through research and exchange programs.
The Presidential Academy effectively cooperates with partners from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the field of higher education and science, including academic exchanges with leading educational institutions: Hanoi State University, University of Foreign Trade. The Academy also cooperates with the Political Academy named after Ho Chi Minh and the National Public Administration Academy in the field of management staff retraining. In June 2024, Aleksey Komissarov, Rector of the Presidential Academy, signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnamese Academy of Sciences,
The People's Security Academy of Vietnam is a specialized higher educational institution, which is one of the three divisions of the People's Police for the training of senior government personnel for the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Defense and internal Affairs bodies.
