In December, the Rector of the Academy Alexei Komissarov paid a working visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The most important event of the trip to Vietnam was a meeting with the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Comrade To Lam, an honorary professor at the Presidential Academy.
The parties discussed joint educational programs, as well as the new ambitious project on joint assessment of civil servants' competencies, planned for implementation with the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy.
In addition, during the meeting, Rector Alexey Komissarov told Comrade To Lam about the opening of an auditorium named after him at the Presidential Academy and also demonstrated a specially designed brand book with photos of the modernized auditorium.
