First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Kiriyenko gave a lecture “10 Principles of Effective Management” to students of the Resource of Russia program.
At the beginning of the lecture, Sergei Kiriyenko congratulated the program’s students on the Knowledge Day and spoke about the important role the President of the country Vladimir Putin assigns to the transfer of experience “from person to person.”
Today, according to a good tradition, the President opened the Knowledge Day on a business trip - he held an open lesson “Talk about important things” with schoolchildren in Kyzyl. “Resource of Russia” is one of the flagship educational programs of the Presidential Academy, which trains future managers in the public and corporate sectors from among the best students in the country.
We launched the “Resource of Russia” program a year ago. During this time, the students were not only able to demonstrate outstanding academic success, but also establish themselves as purposeful, motivated and hardworking students who manage to play sports, participate in forums and events at the federal level, and implement their own projects. This year, 3.5 times more applications were submitted to the Resource of Russia program than last year; the average USE score of those received was 98.6. This suggests that this format for training future managers is in demand and relevant,
The meeting with the first deputy head of the Presidential Administration was attended by 125 students of the first and second years of study of the Resource of Russia program, who upon admission passed a multi-level selection based on Unified State Exam scores, achievements in academic and extracurricular activities. Graduates receive a bachelor's degree with two qualifications: state and municipal administration and business informatics.
