The event brought together representatives of the academic community, education, and foreign graduates of Soviet and Russian universities from around the world to discuss current issues in the development of education and strengthening ties between graduates of Russian universities from all over the world.
Opening the Forum, Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov noted that foreign graduates play a key role in building sustainable dialogue and strengthening friendship between countries.
«Many foreign graduates of Russian universities constitute the scientific and teaching elite of their countries. They hold responsible positions in government, education, and business. We are proud that leaders of foreign countries trained at Soviet and Russian universities are today building a common future with Russia – a new multipolar world», – Falkov emphasized.
The forum was organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Global Alumni Alliance.
