The «Digital Transformation of Public Administration» advanced training program at the HSU is being held in three stages. The final in-person training phase began on December 8 at the HSU. Previously, Vietnamese students also completed online training; an online training course was developed specifically for this program. More than 30 Vietnamese civil servants are participants of the program.
"HSU faculty and experts are delivering lectures and conducting practical classes in the classroom for regional civil servants from Vietnam and your university's staff," noted Alexey Komissarov, Rector of the Presidential Academy, at a meeting with Hoang Minh Son, Rector of the HSU.
The program's experts from the GSPM of the Presidential Academy, Felix Gadzaov, Director of the Digital School of Public Administration Center; Ivan Lapshin, Program Director of the Digital School of Public Administration Center; and Artem Chalenko, an expert at the Digital School of Public Administration Center, delivered lectures on the following topics:
-
«Models, Standards, and International Practices of Digital Transformation»;
-
«Electronic Government Services and Services»;
-
«Data Management in the Public Sector» and others.
«Concluding our program in Hanoi, I am very pleased to note the high interest of the participants in the topic of digital transformation of public administration. It is especially important for us that many participants expressed a desire to continue their studies at the Presidential Academy and maintain working contact with experts for consultations and further professional interaction. This means that the program has become not only a platform for exchanging experiences but also the beginning of a long-term collaboration focused on real projects and practical results», – noted Felix Gadzaov, Director of the Digital School of Public Administration Center.
Upon completion of the training more than 30 civil servants of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam received certificates.
