Rector Alexey Komissarov met with His Excellency Mohammad Ahmad Al-Jaber, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Russian Federation. The parties discussed prospects for expanding educational and research cooperation between the Academy and UAE organizations.
Particular attention was paid to joint plans for 2026:

holding a conference in Dubai entitled "Global Trends and Priority Areas for Developing Cooperation between Russia and the UAE";

strengthening academic exchanges for Academy students and lyceum students studying Arabic;
-
exploring the possibility of launching professional development programs for civil servants and the personnel reserve of both countries.
"The Presidential Academy attaches great importance to developing partnerships with the United Arab Emirates. We are confident that joint educational initiatives will contribute to strengthening the friendship between our countries," the rector emphasized.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the UAE, Mr. Mohammad Ahmad Al-Jaber, expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and emphasized the importance of the Academy's work as a leading center combining education, science, and management training.
2026 is particularly significant for the Russian Federation and the United Arab Emirates: next year will mark the UAE's 55th National Day., as well as the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our countries.
