Identity and nationality document(s).
A traveling passport of a national of the Russian Federation is not a document certifying the identity of a national of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation -
A document on education and qualifications certifying education of the relevant level (hereinafter referred to as a standard document)
The applicant may provide one or more standard documents. A certificate of recognition of foreign education (if applicable) shall be provided within the same terms as the standard document -
A document confirming registration in the system of individual (personalized) records (if any)

If it is necessary to create special conditions for entrance examinations, a document confirming disability. The specified document shall be accepted by the Academy if its validity expires no earlier than the day of submission of the application for admission; unless the document specifies its validity period, the document shall be valid for a year, starting from the date of its issuance

Documents confirming individual achievements of an applicant, the results of which are taken into account when applying for studies in accordance with the Rules of Admission (to be submitted at the discretion of the applicant)

Preparation of works for an academic degree in a foreign language
A foreign national who has prepared a thesis for an academic degree shall be granted the right to defend the thesis in a foreign language in the Thesis Council.
The thesis and abstract shall be submitted to the Thesis Council in the Russian and foreign languages. Documents submitted by the applicant for an academic degree to the Thesis Council in accordance with the list approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation shall also be translated into Russian.
The thesis defense shall be held in the Russian or foreign language. When defending a thesis in a foreign language, two-way simultaneous interpretation shall be required.
