Information for Admission in 2024
List of documents required for admission to studies
For foreign nationals and stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad:
- personal data processing consent form (generated automatically together with the application for admission to study and signed personally by the applicant);
- copy of the applicant’s identity document, or a document certifying the identity of a foreign national in the Russian Federation;
- original document(s) of a foreign state on education and/or document on education and qualifications (hereinafter referred to as the document of a foreign state on education). When submitting a document of a foreign state on education, it is not required to submit a certificate of recognition of foreign education*;
- certified translation into Russian of a foreign state document on education and its annex (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state where such document was issued);
- copies of documents or other evidence confirming the belonging of a compatriot living abroad to the groups provided for in paragraph 6 of Article 17 of Federal Law No. 99-FZ dated May 24, 1999 “On the State Policy of the Russian Federation in Relation to Compatriots Abroad";
- 4 photographs (matte, 3×4 in size with a clear full face image without a headdress).
The surname, first name and patronymic (if any) of the applicant indicated in the translations of the submitted documents shall correspond to the surname, first name and patronymic (if any) indicated in the identity document of a foreign national in the Russian Federation
Other documents for admission to the Academy shall be provided at the discretion of the applicant:
- original or copy of the documents confirming the results of individual achievements
- copy of the target training agreement, certified by the customer of the target training, or non-certified copy of the specified agreement with the presentation of its original
* The Academy independently recognizes foreign education, inter alia, when submitting a document of a foreign state on education, which corresponds to Part 3 of Article 107 of Federal Law No. 273-FZ dated December 29, 2012 “On Education in the Russian Federation”.
Ways of submitting of documents
In order to enter both the College of multi-level vocational education of the Presidential Academy and the branches of the Academy simultaneously, the applicant submits multiple applications for admission: one for studying at the College and another for studying in each of the branches of the Academy.
In person or by mail
The College building 43 Volgograd Avenue, building 1A, 109316, Moscow, Tekstil'shchiki subway station, and the Academy branch buildings.
Send the documents by mail to: 43 Volgograd Avenue, building 1A, 109316, Moscow. For those who are entering the branches of the Academy: at the location of the branches of the Academy.
ATTENTION!
For documents sent by mail, the date of SUBMISSION of the application is considered as the date of registration of the letter in the office of the Academy.

In the 2024/25 academic year, the Academy does not accept students in secondary vocational education specialties that require applicants to have certain creative abilities, physical and (or) psychological qualities, according to which entrance examinations are conducted for admission to studies (Para. 29 of the Admission Procedure for Secondary Vocational Education Academic Programs (approved by Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 457 dated 02.09.2020)).
