Enrollment opens for Council of Europe internship
From May 27 to July 26, an internship will be held at the Moscow office of the Council of Europe. The RANEPA Department for International Development is accepting applications.
The Council of Europe is an international organization with headquarters in Strasbourg, uniting 47 democratic countries in Europe. Established to promote democracy, protect human rights and strengthen the rule of law in Europe, the organization advocates freedom of expression and assembly, freedom of the media, equality and minority rights.
The internship program will give participants a general idea of the organization’s activities; will provide complementary information and a platform to apply the knowledge gained during their training; the participants will gain experience in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
Any citizen of one of the Council of Europe member countries older than 18 can participate in the internship. Fluency in spoken and written Russian and English is required; French is an advantage.
