International seminar “Problems of Legal Regulation of Financial Relations in the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe”
On November 16, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration will host an international seminar on the topic: “Problems of Legal Regulation of Financial Relations in the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe”.
Foreign colleagues were invited to give speeches on several topics: Professor Sławomir Presnarovich, Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Republic of Poland, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for International Cooperation of the University of Bialystok, and Johan Schweigl, Officer of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, Associate Professor of the Masaryk University in Brno. Subjects of the declared reports are, respectively, the following: "Resolution of Tax Disputes in Poland: some problems" and "EU Banking Systems: legal aspects."
The seminar is organized by the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service (IPACS).
Any colleagues from partner universities, all interested persons of the faculty, young scientists, graduate students, undergraduates, students of financial and legal disciplines are invited to participate in the seminar.
