Comparative law in partnership with Poland
Elena Chernikova, Professor of the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service (IPACS) of the Presidential Academy, told students from Wroclaw University about the system of financial law of Russia at the IV Wrocław Conference in Finance.
Elena Chernikova, Head of Department of Legal Regulation of Economy and Finance at RANEPA, spoke at a Conference in one of the oldest European universities. The event was dedicated to “Legal Regulation of Public Finances and Economic Development”.The Academy Professor also became a Visiting Scholar (Visiting Professor) and held classes for bachelors and masters of the Faculty of Law of the University of Wroclaw. She
focused on the following issues: the Russian financial system, the financial activities of the state budget system and the budget law of Russia. The audience participated actively in the seminar and in the workshop.
The Department of Legal Regulation of Economy and Finance of IPACS, maintains close links with the Department of Financial Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Wroclaw. Professor Vieslava Memec, Head of Department, Provost for International Activity, Dr. Przemyslaw Pest participate actively in the annual joint scientific activities of the Academy.
International cooperation affirms the importance of comparative law topics for educational programs at all levels, in both domestic and foreign universities. The Department of Legal Regulation of Economy and Finance of the Presidential Academy invites for scientific cooperation all the interested representatives of the faculty, young scientists, post-graduate students, Master’s degree students, students trained in financial and legal disciplines.
