Foreign experts will share their experience with RANEPA Summer Campus participants

RANEPA Professor Sam Potolicchio, independent director of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC Neil Osborn, and Professor of International Economics at Pompeu Fabra University Josep Bertran have joined the speakers of the upcoming Summer Campus.

The Summer Campus of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) is a unique annual international educational project for young people, where leading Russian and foreign academics, government officials and worldclass business executives deliver special lectures and interactive sessions for participants.

Initiated by the Presidential Academy and the Government of Tatarstan, this educational platform provides unique conditions for talented young people to communicate, fostering a new generation of the country's intellectual elite.

This year, Academic Director of RANEPA Global Governance and Leadership Program, one of the best young professors in the United States, Sam Potolicchio, will visit the forum for the fifth time. During the last five years, he told the students about leadership in the 21st century, gave tips for successful public speaking and analyzed some speeches of US officials. Sam Potolicchio has degrees from Georgetown and Harvard universities. He is an Honored Professor and Head of the Department of Political and Public Communications at RANEPA School of Public Policy. In 2012, he was the only political science teacher included in The Princeton Review’s list of best teachers in America.

Another one of the prominent Summer Campus experts will be Neil Osborn, Group Publisher and Managing Director of Euromoney. This is not his first time at this forum. Last year, he spoke about the trends on the capital market. He started his media career in 1972 as a reporter at the Daily Progress, Charlottesville, Virginia. He was appointed US editor of Euromoney in 1983, and moved to London to become editor of Euromoney at the end of 1985. The professor has worked at Foment Formació for more than 15 years, where he was responsible for international cooperation projects. He graduated from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
