Gaidar Forum 2017 program available online
The preliminary program of the Eighth Gaidar Forum, Russia and the World: Setting Priorities, a major annual international expert economic conference, which will be held from January 12 – 14, 2017, is available on the forum website.
The Gaidar Forum is a significant political and economic event in Russia that brings together leading experts from around the world. The discussions focus on the most acute problems of the day. The issues discussed reflect the main trends in the economy and politics on the national and global scale. Russia’s economic development and strategic role are priority subjects for the forum.
The Forum was established in 2010. This year’s event will be attended by leading academics and practitioners, influential members of the financial community and the business elite, world-famous scientists and politicians.
The organizers of the forum include the Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), the Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy (Gaidar Institute) and the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR).
