Gaidar Forum experts discuss influence of ‘uniting leaders’ on business, government and society

The participants of the expert discussion, How to Become Uniting Leaders within the Business-State-Society Cooperation?, have discussed changes in the global experience of training leaders.

The discussion was attended by Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseyev; Provost, Vice-President for Academic Affairs at Bentley University Mike Page; Senior Vice-President of AACSB Tim Meskon; CEO of EFMD Eric Cornuel, President of Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO Andrei Sharonov; and Deputy Chairperson of Sberbank Yulia Chupina.

The session was moderated by President of AMBA, Sir Paul Judge and Vice-Rector and Director of RANEPA Institute of Business Studies and President of the Russian Association of Business Education Sergei Myasoyedov.

The representatives of international educational institutions, schools and corporations have agreed that business education is not keeping pace with the changing trends in the business environment. Globalization, digital revolution and changes of generations have brought management schools to the threshold of great changes.

Organizers of the Gaidar Forum: “The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration” (RANEPA), The Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy (Gaidar Institute) and the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR).
