Gaidar Forum experts discuss leaders of the future
On January 13, ACIG group hosted a roundtable expert discussion, In Search for Future Leaders, during the Gaidar Forum 2017.
The participants included Nadezhda Ryabova, Vice President for HR at Unilever LLC; Artyom Malgin, Vice-Rector of MGIMO University; Elena Aksyonova, Director of Rushydro Branch – Corporate Hydropower University; Tatyana Belyaeva, Director of the Center for Universities and Alumni at Rosatom Corporate Academy; Anna Butova, Manager of HR Department at Severstal-Management, Head of the Leadership Program at Severstal; Dmitry Gasten, Director of Personnel Department at Rosatom; Marina Karban, Director of the Department of Corporate Programs of Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO; Natalia Prakht, Director of the HR Evaluation Center at the Rosatom Corporate Academy; and Nikita Cherkasenko, Director of the Department for Staff Evaluation, Training and Development at Rostelecom.
The discussion focused on programs to identify and develop high-potential employees, also known as HiPo programs. While considering these programs, experts discussed solutions for capacity assessment, determined the relationship between the model of potential, industry and management culture at various companies, and outlined the features of a leader needed for Russia’s successful future.
