RANEPA business schools become leaders of 2018 Narodny Ranking
RANEPA programs and business schools ranked 1 through 6 on the 2018 ranking of business schools published on the MBA.SU website; overall, the ranking includes seven representatives of the Presidential Academy.
The annual ranking is compiled by the MBA in Moscow and Russia portal and the Russian MBAs League based on the alumni assessments of their MBA and Executive MBA programs. This year, over 1,300 graduates of 41 business schools from nine cities took part in the survey. Two thirds (66.7%) of respondents are senior executives or business owners; 27.3% are middle managers and 6%, line managers and specialists.
The ranking was compiled on the basis of the graduates’ satisfaction with their choice of program. The alumni were asked four types of questions concerning their income growth, career growth, useful connections, and personal and professional development. They had to rate their program on a five-point scale, where 5 meant maximum benefit and 1, no benefit at all.
As in the previous year, RANEPA Institute of Business Studies (IBS) and the RANEPA/ Kingston University London International Executive MBA Program shared the first place in the ranking, closely followed by the Antwerp Management School / RANEPA IBS EMBA program, which was not ranked before. The third place, like last year, was taken by the School of IT Management of RANEPA Institute of Economics, Mathematics and Information Technologies (EMIT). RANEPA Higher School of Finance and Management (HSFM) rose from the eighth place to the fourth. RANEPA Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service (IPACS) rose three lines to the fifth place. The sixth place went to RANEPA Graduate School of Corporate Management (GSCM).
