RANEPA graduates attend CISIS IT-forum in China
A group of graduates of RANEPA School of IT Management (FE) led by member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Abel Aganbegyan has attended the CISIS (China International Software and Information Service) IT Forum in Dalian, China, which brought together more than 1,000 participants from 44 countries.
The Russian delegation included 13 people, including 7 heads of IT companies with degrees from the Information Management MBA (CIO) program of the Presidential Academy. The group from RANEPA was one of the most representative and active at the Forum. The host party gave them special attention and organized a packed business program for the participants.
Dr. Abel Aganbegyan, academic director of RANEPA School of IT Management, full member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Head of the RANEPA Department of Economic Theory and Policy, spoke at the plenary session. He talked about the achievements and trends of the IT industry in Russia, highlighting wide prospects for cooperation in this area.
Director of the School of IT-Management Alexander Sokolov and President of the Association of IT Service Companies and Software Ni Sufan opened the First Russian-Chinese B2B meeting. Russian and Chinese representatives delivered several reports on innovative technologies. More than 40 Chinese companies took part in the meeting. The reports aroused great interest and a lively discussion.
