RANEPA signs cooperation agreement with University of Lisbon
On September 21, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Lisbon School of Law. The Memorandum was signed at RANEPA by Rector Vladimir Mau and President of the University of Lisbon Institute for Juridical Cooperation, Professor Dario Moura Vicente.
Dr. Mau said he was glad to start a new partnership, and expressed hope for the full implementation of their cooperation plans. “We are highly interested in establishing productive cooperation with the University of Lisbon in many areas. We need to discuss the possibility of developing joint programs, organizing student exchanges and joint research activities,” he added.
Dr. Moura Vicente thanked his hosts for the invitation and warm welcome at the Academy. “Our university has close ties with universities in the US, China, Brazil and many other countries; we are actively developing student exchange under Erasmus +,” he said. “We would also very much like to develop cooperation with Russia. I am sure that joint work with the Russian Presidential Academy will be fruitful both in the field of education as well as in scientific research.”
