RANEPA students and staff share impressions from group relaxation classes
The Academy's Medical Center is offering regular group training in relaxation techniques and ways to unlock your physical and mental resources as part of its program for psychological and emotional support for RANEPA students and employees, #RanepaПомогает. The participants have shared their impressions.
“I was skeptical at first, but I decided to try, and this really works. I felt better and my mood improved significantly,” said Svetlana, an employee of the Academy.
“I used to do yoga. I had a similar feeling after doing breathing practices. You feel a surge of strength, and peace of mind. I like it,” said Yury, an employee of RANEPA.
Anastasia, a fourth-year student, shared her experience: “I have been attending these sessions since 2021. An incredible experience. It is an opportunity to recharge your batteries, understand yourself better, and become assured that you are moving in the right direction.”
“Unforgettable experiences, and new sensations every time. It gives me so much. The most important thing is believing in your capabilities. My quality of life has improved. I am looking forward to the next session,” said Natalya, an employee of the Academy.
The sessions are led by Svetlana Rusnak, Deputy Chief Physician at RANEPA Medical Center, clinical psychologist, and certified hypnotherapist. They take place at the center’s psychological and emotional decompression room; each session is 45-50 minutes long.
The sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 15:00 at RANEPA Medical Center, room 322, Building 4.
