RANEPA Vice-Rector Dmitry Butashin attends roundtable on personnel policy in public administration
On November 16, the Western branch of RANEPA in Kaliningrad hosted a roundtable on Relevant issues of human resources policy in public administration . The meeting was attended by Vice-rector of the Presidential Academy, Director of RANEPA Higher School of Finance and Management (HSFM) Dmitry Butashin, Deputy Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the Northwest Federal District Vladimir Solovyov, speaker of the Kaliningrad regional legislature Marina Orgeyeva, and top regional and municipal officials.
“I believe the subject of our discussion is very important,” Mr.Solovyov said in his opening speech. “The problems of staffing public authorities are relevant to the current stage of development of the state and society. I hope we will have an open, effective and productive discussion about the training of new personnel for the public authorities.”
The participants delivered their reports discussing the administrative staff reserve pool, and the problems and prospects of their professional development at public institutions in the Kaliningrad Region.
