Russian Association of Business Education holds international conference
The Russian Association of Business Education (RABE) has organized an international conference, Practical points of cooperation of business schools in the market for MBA and other programs of managerial education. A new paradigm: way out of the systemic crisis.
The conference, hosted by the Eurasian Management and Administration School (EMAS Business School) in Nizhny Novgorod, attracted a large number of participants. Representatives of the RABE Council and RABE members discussed important current professional issues and exchanged experience with leaders of international associations, including Danica Purg, President of the International Association for Management Development in Dynamic Societies CEEMAN (Slovenia); Tim Mesсon, Vice-President of the International Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) (USA / Netherlands); Andrew Main Wilson, CEO of AMBA-International (United Kingdom); Virginius Kundrotas, President of the Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA) (Lithuania / USA); and Asylbek Kozhakhmetov, President of the Central Asian Foundation for Management Development (CAMAN) (Kazakhstan).
The conference was opened by RANEPA Vice-Rector, Director of RANEPA Institute of Business Studies (IBS), President of RABE Sergei Myasoyedov, who gave an overview of trends in the Russian and global markets of business education.
The conference program included a panel discussion, Cooperation of business schools for the development of MBA programs and other types of management education in Russia and the CIS.
