Stephan Solzhenitsyn: how government can influence the entrepreneurship development
Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company Moscow office Stephan Solzhenitsyn told students how government institutions can help or hinder business environment development on July 16. The lecture was presented in a Q&A session format so that students could discuss the most interesting questions of interaction between the government and entrepreneurs.
The lecturer several times turned to the policy of entrepreneurship development in the Republic of Tatarstan. “Tatarstan is interesting because it is a territorial entity of the Russian Federation where the local elite is interested in the long-run business environment development. According to the results of infrastructure development and economic upturn, one can say that it is a success story,” Stephan Solzhenitsyn noted after the lecture.
