The Higher School of Law, IPACS RANEPA, opens series of workshops with University of London
The participants will hear about the specifics of the legal regulation of international relations as applied to doing business and how that correlates with Russian practices and the problems of Russian entrepreneurship. The workshops will start in the second half of September; participation is free.
The speakers will include leading professors from the LLM Programme in International Business Law, a double degree program with the University of London. Yelena Danilenko, lecturer of International Law and International Protection of Human Rights, Elina Mangasaryan, specialist in Global Legal Information Resources and Technology, and Konstantin Krol, partner and head of corporate law and M&A in Russia at Dentons, will speak at the workshops.
They will cover a variety of topics including the influence of the English law concepts on Russian legislation, modern trends in LegalTech, legal ethics, the specifics of Asian jurisdictions, and others.
