Vladimir Mau will open professional development program for civil servants of Kyrgyzstan
From March 26, RANEPA Institute of Finance and Sustainable Development (IFSD) will launch advanced training programs the Academy is implementing in its status of the Base Organization of the CIS countries on training personnel for public administration, awarded by a decision of the CIS Heads of Government at the end of 2015. The first program, Creating a Favorable Investment Climate and Attracting Investment, will be implemented in Kyrgyzstan from March 26 to 30, during Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to the republic. The program will be conducted by Rector of the Presidential Academy Vladimir Mau and Vice-Rector, IFSD Director Andrei Margolin.
The second program, Managerial Culture of a Modern Leader, will be implemented in Belarus on March 26-27. The program Innovative Methods for Developing Soft Managerial Skills for Civil Service will be implemented in Tajikistan from April 8 to 10, followed by Negotiation Process and Conflict in Civil Service program in Armenia on April 10-13.
In 2019, RANEPA signed additional agreements to cooperation agreements with the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Institute of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia on pilot training programs for civil servants in these countries.
All four programs are part of RANEPA’s general strategy to implement the concept of the Network Academy of Public Administration of the CIS. These programs should lead to a common understanding of the values of long-term cooperation and methodology for taking into account mutual interests among officials and executives that make key management decisions in the post-Soviet countries.
