Аннотация
The paper analyses a proposal of the antimonopoly authority to introduce compensation for losses as an alternative to damages if violations of the anti-monopoly law cause property losses; outlines specifics of the legal construct of this norm; considers possible enforcement problems; and rationalizes the avenues of its improvement in order to enhance efficiency of legal regulation of relations in the field of competition.
