From strategic planning to artificial intelligence: the Presidential Academy hosted a professional development program titled “Modern Technologies of Public Administration” for representatives of government bodies from African countries. Fifteen civil servants from Equatorial Guinea studied Russian public administration practices. Over the past two months, representatives from three African countries have already completed training at the Academy.
