The Presidential Academy unites managers from all over the world

This year, more than 1,000 managers from almost 30 countries will undergo advanced training programs at the Presidential Academy. In particular, students from Vietnam and Cuba have already started studying modern technologies of public administration and personal and professional development.

The Presidential Academy continues its systematic work on training, retraining and advanced training of personnel for the civil service of non-CIS countries within the framework of the comprehensive state program «International Development Assistance». Representatives of Brazil, Vietnam, Cuba, Myanmar, Transnistria and South Africa are also among the participants.

More than 30 representatives of the security sector of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam attended the program «Modern Technologies of Public Administration». Participants will study digital transformation, strategic planning, the development of electronic public services and a customer-centric approach.

At the same time, 32 civil servants started training in Cuba under the program «Technologies of personal and professional development of civil servants».

Key topics include the development of human resources, professional development within the framework of a single personnel cycle, as well as modern approaches to personal and professional development and their practical application in the civil service system.

According to Andrey Margolin, Vice-rector of the Presidential Academy, such programs are especially important in conditions of constant changes, when the effectiveness of public administration directly depends on the quality of personnel training and the willingness of managers to work with modern technologies and approaches.
