Vice-Rector Artur Azarov held talks with Comrade Duong Quoc Huy, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.
The Vietnamese side expressed interest in continuing education programs for the training and retraining of management personnel. The partners were particularly interested in topics such as digital transformation, the development of artificial intelligence, and improving the efficiency of public administration.
As a reminder, the Presidential Academy has extensive experience implementing similar projects, including with Vietnamese partners. For example, in December 2025, Vietnam National University hosted an in-person module of the advanced training program "Digital Transformation of the Public Administration System" for 30 Vietnamese civil servants. Given the high interest in this topic, the program will be held again in November. Furthermore, last October, a group of 38 representatives from the Ho Chi Minh Political Academy completed training at the Presidential Academy's professional development program at the Graduate School of Public Management.
Comrade Duong Quoc Huy also expressed his willingness to provide all possible assistance in establishing cooperation between the Presidential Academy and Vietnamese universities. Furthermore, the parties agreed to conduct joint research and sign a cooperation agreement.
