For the first time, the Presidential Academy has started training civil servants of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in the advanced training program of the Graduate School of Public Management. A delegation of experts from the GSPM arrived in Mandalay to conduct a full-time educational module.
The program "Digital Transformation of the public Administration system" is devoted to modern approaches to the development of the public sector in the digital economy. Over the course of four days, participants will study the Russian experience in implementing electronic public services, data management, platform solutions and GovTech technologies, as well as get acquainted with the best practices for improving public administration efficiency.
Opening the program, Felix Gadzaov, Director of the GSPM Digital School of Public Administration Center, stressed that the level of professional training of civil servants today directly affects the quality of government institutions and services provided to citizens.:
"That is why the program focuses on the most pressing issues of digital transformation and public sector development," Felix Gadzaov said.
The project became the next step in the development of partnership between the Presidential Academy and educational and government institutions of Myanmar. The continuation of this cooperation will be the participation of the Myanmar delegation in the X International Nevsky Forum, which will be held on June 25-26 in St. Petersburg.
