A delegation of representatives of the Ho Chi Minh Political Academy headed by Vice Rector Hoang Phuc Lam has completed training in Moscow. During the week, Vietnamese students studied modern management technologies and approaches to the professional development of managerial personnel in Russia.
The delegation also visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and the Situation Center of the Moscow Government, which allowed the participants to get acquainted with the practices of state institutions, communicate with Russian colleagues, and exchange management experience.
At the Presidential Academy, the participants were awarded certificates confirming successful completion of the program. At the ceremony, Rector Alexey Komissarov noted:
“Such programs provide an opportunity not only to get acquainted with Russian experience in public administration but also to see it in action, discuss current issues with colleagues, and exchange practical approaches.”
An important part of the program was also getting acquainted with Russia’s historical and cultural heritage. In St. Petersburg, Vietnamese participants visited the Russian Geographical Society and the State Hermitage Museum.
The exchange of experience between the Presidential Academy and Vietnamese colleagues will continue as early as October: 75 representatives of the federal personnel reserve of the Russian Federation will go to Hanoi for an internship at the Ho Chi Minh Political Academy.
