Sustainable development begins with strong management personnel

The Presidential Academy continues to strengthen educational and expert cooperation with the CIS countries. A professional development program "Transformation of management systems based on the principles of sustainable Development" has been launched at the Almaty University of Humanities and Economics, bringing together representatives of the expert community and civil servants of Kazakhstan.

Vice Rector Andrey Margolin, opening the program, noted that the knowledge gained during the training will contribute not only to the further professional development of students, but also to the improvement of the public administration system in Kazakhstan.

Today, it is the quality of public administration that largely determines the competitiveness of countries, the sustainability of the economy and the ability to effectively respond to global challenges. Therefore, international educational projects are of particular importance, where modern management approaches and practices are being formed.

The program has become a new stage in the development of partnership between Russian and Kazakh colleagues. The participants will analyze the best practices of strategic management, assessment of the effectiveness of government programs and mechanisms of sustainable development of territories.

It is especially important that cooperation goes beyond formal agreements and is filled with practical content - joint programs, exchange of experience and training of new generation specialists.

Russia and Kazakhstan are consistently expanding humanitarian and educational ties, focusing on training strong management personnel for the future.
