The second part of the GSPM advanced training program “Digital Transformation of the Public Administration System” for civil servants of the Sultanate of Oman has started at the Presidential Academy.
The program is being implemented jointly with the Royal Academy of Management. The first stage of training took place in Muscat; over the coming week, participants will continue to study Russian practices in the digital transformation of public administration in Moscow.
The participants will get acquainted with the Russian experience in implementing artificial intelligence, digital public administration, a customer‑centric approach, and the protection of critical information infrastructure. The programme also includes field events at VK, the Regional Management Centre of the Moscow Region, and other leading venues.
Opening the programme, Andrey Margolin, Vice‑Rector of the Presidential Academy, noted that the knowledge acquired will contribute to the professional development of the participants and the improvement of the civil service system in the Sultanate of Oman, and that cooperation between the Presidential Academy and the Royal Academy of Management will be further developed.
