A joint Russian-Vietnamese project to create an international system of personal and professional diagnostics of managerial personnel has been launched in Vietnam.
The pilot project was launched on the basis of the Ho Chi Minh Political Academy, a long-time partner of the Presidential Academy. As part of its implementation, a group of GSPM experts who develop the program will conduct personal and professional diagnostics of 80 participants, including 20 employees of the Ho Chi Minh Academy, who will study the technology for its further application.
The project provides for the joint creation of a management readiness model, the adaptation of diagnostic tools taking into account national and cultural characteristics, as well as the training and certification of Vietnamese specialists.
