The educational program “Digital Transformation of the Public Administration System” by the Presidential Academy has concluded in Phnom Penh. Over the course of five days, Russian experts shared best practices for digital development and the implementation of modern technologies in the work of government bodies with 20 civil servants of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
During the closing ceremony, the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Cambodia, Kol Virak, expressed gratitude on behalf of the country’s Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Sar Sokha, for the successful implementation of the program.
He also noted that digital transformation is one of the key priorities for the country’s development, and the knowledge acquired during the training will contribute to the modernization of public administration.
The programme is implemented by the GSPM with the support of the Department of International Cooperation and Development of the Presidential Academy, as part of the Russian Federation’s state programme “Assistance to International Development” for 2026.
